Pricing Information
Introduction
At OCZO, we are committed to being transparent and clear about the fees our clients may incur. We take this responsibility seriously and aim to ensure that you understand how our charges are calculated from the outset.
When you instruct us on a matter, we will provide an engagement letter setting out the basis on which our fees will be charged, together with an indication of any anticipated disbursements. Disbursements are third-party costs incurred on your behalf and may include items such as search fees, courier charges, or barristers’ fees where applicable.
Where our fees are calculated by reference to the time spent on a matter, we will provide an initial cost estimate. If it becomes apparent that our fees are likely to exceed this estimate, we will inform you promptly so that you can decide how you wish to proceed.
Hourly Rates
Our current hourly rates are as follows:
Senior Partner
Where appropriate, we are happy to discuss alternative fee arrangements, including fixed or capped fees.
VAT will be added to our invoices where applicable at the prevailing rate, currently 20%.
Barristers’ Fees
Where it becomes necessary to instruct counsel to draft documentation or provide advice, barristers’ fees will be payable in addition to our costs. Any such fees will be confirmed in advance by counsel’s clerk.
