As Head of People and Operations at OCZO LLP, Maryna brings extensive experience in aligning organisational structure, culture, and operational capability to support sustainable growth and operational excellence. A highly experienced people and operations leader, she is passionate about building effective organisations from the inside out and enabling teams to perform at their best.

With over 20 years’ experience across the UK and Eastern Europe, Maryna has worked across a broad range of sectors, including banking, IT, telecommunications, hospitality, and healthcare. Her career progression reflects this breadth, having started in junior operational roles before advancing to Country Manager in Ukraine and later holding senior leadership positions in international organisations.

Maryna has led multifaceted operational rollouts, built and restructured high-performing teams, and successfully integrated HR and operational strategies to deliver measurable business outcomes. She has also guided organisations through multiple mergers and large-scale transformation programmes, consistently applying a people-first approach while managing change at scale. She is known for her ability to navigate complexity, connect insights across industries, and create clarity in fast-moving environments.

Maryna holds two Master’s degrees, in Linguistics and Law, both awarded by universities in Ukraine.
