Lois Drake

Lois is the newest member of OCZO LLP, having joined the firm initially as an intern. Following her dedication and hard work, she progressed to the role of Paralegal in February 2026. Since then, she has seamlessly integrated into the team, collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm to support a wide range of matters.

In her role, Lois assists with drafting and preparing legal documents, liaising with clients, and supporting the efficient management of client files. She approaches every task with a strong commitment to excellence, consistently striving to deliver high-quality work and practical solutions for clients.

Lois is motivated by the challenges of the legal profession and is keen to continually develop her skills. She aspires to qualify as a solicitor with OCZO and is committed to building a well-rounded foundation across both contentious and non-contentious areas of law.

She holds a First Class LLB (Hons) Law degree from Southampton Solent University and plans to complete the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE) as part of her path to qualification. Lois combines her academic excellence with a proactive, detail-oriented approach, making her a valuable and dynamic member of the OCZO team.
