Harin Perera

Harin holds a BA (Hons) in Law from the University of Cambridge and completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) at BPP University in London.

Having grown up in both the United States and Sri Lanka, Harin brings a culturally informed and internationally minded perspective to his legal work. His background enables him to approach legal matters with adaptability and sensitivity to the cross-border and multicultural considerations that often arise in modern legal practice.

Harin’s areas of interest include corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution and arbitration, complementing the diverse expertise offered at OCZO LLP. He supports clients on a range of matters, assisting with legal research, drafting documentation, and analysing complex legal issues to help deliver clear and practical advice.

He is particularly interested in the intersection between commercial strategy and legal risk and is committed to developing a well-rounded foundation across both contentious and non-contentious areas of practice. Harin approaches each matter with diligence and attention to detail, ensuring that clients receive thoughtful and well-considered legal support.

Keen to build a broad and dynamic legal practice, Harin is known for his strong work ethic, collaborative approach, and curiosity-driven mindset. He works closely with colleagues across the firm to contribute to effective and commercially focused solutions for clients.
