Osato is a Partner at BOS LLP, where she leads on matters involving Technology, Corporate and Commercial Law. She advises investors, startups, and established entities on complex capital investments, business structuring, and strategic transactions across a variety of sectors.

Before joining OCZO LLP, Osato trained and practised at Olaniwun Ajayi LP, one of Nigeria’s leading commercial law firms. There, she developed a robust foundation in transactional law and gained extensive experience advising on sophisticated commercial deals.

Osato is particularly adept at navigating the dynamic intersection of law, innovation, and investment. Osato holds a BL qualification from the Nigerian Law School as well as being qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
