With over two decades of legal and corporate experience, Victor’s practice spans a wide spectrum of property and commercial matters. He is highly experienced in handling landlord and tenant disputes, property acquisitions and disposals, and advising both landlords and tenants on complex transactions. His sharp negotiation skills and innovative thinking are particularly evident in contentious matters, including multi-jurisdictional contract disputes. Among his notable successes is his role in a high-profile £120 million claim concerning performance breaches in multiple construction agreements.

Before rejoining legal practice, Victor served as Director of a successful consultancy firm based in Mayfair, London, where he advised clients on commodity asset holdings, particularly within the oil and gas sector. His advisory portfolio spans industries as diverse as agriculture, mining, construction, shipping, manufacturing, and sports.

Victor has advised a wide range of domestic and international clients and is especially valued for his ability to manage large-scale projects from strategic planning through to execution. His current advisory work includes ongoing commercial counsel to entities in the natural resources and logistics sectors, such as Sirius Energy Resources (notably on its acquisition of the Grein Block in the Republic of Niger), Duport Marine, and TAI Holdings Group.

Victor holds a BL qualification from the Nigerian Law School as well as being qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
